AXIAL CYLINDRICAL ROLLER BEARINGS

  • Have a high load carrying capacity
  • Can support axial forces in one direction
  • Series can be offered in one, double, or multi-row designs
  • Standard cage designs are polyamide or brass

CYLINDRICAL ROLLER BEARINGS

  • Full complement designs available
  • Can handle extreme radial loads and moderate axial forces in both directions
  • Accepts relatively higher speeds than other bearing styles
  • Numerous design variants available for special coatings and clearances
  • Special coatings can include burnishing or zinc-iron finish
  • Design options can offer sealed product with lithium based grease
  • Certain designs offer relubrication features

TAPERED ROLLER BEARINGS

  • Accepts both thrust and radial loads
  • Offers sealing options

SLEWING RING BEARINGS

  • Size and location of bolt hole patterns can vary
  • Can be provided with an internal or external gear
  • Ball or crossed roller bearing design
  • Single or two row ball bearing design available
  • Lubrication holes are available
  • Preloading options are available as well as variations in clearance

SPHERICAL ROLLER BEARINGS

  • Standard bearings are provided as open (sealed spherical bearings can be made available upon request)
  • Many clearance options to choose from (C0-C5)
  • Bearings can be offered in different heat treatments (S0-S4)
  • Standard bearings are rated up to 302o F
  • Primarily supplied with either a steel cage or a machined brass cage
  • Tapered bore available (K)
  • Lubrication grooves area available on either the outside diameter (W33) or the inner ring & outer ring (W513)
  • Bearings are manufactured in normal tolerance class

WIDE CARTRIDGE SERIES BALL BEARINGS

  • Single row ball bearing design
  • Larger width allows for greater grease fill in bearings
  • Radial and thrust loads can be accommodated due to the additional ring width
  • Options for sealing, grease, and clearance are available
