Formed in 1988, ORS is Turkey’s premier manufacturer of radial ball bearings (metric). Ritbearing is one of the primary importers of ORS products in the U.S. and can help you find the right parts for your applications.
RADIAL BALL BEARINGS AND OTHER PRODUCTS FROM ORS
- Factory is ISO 9002, ISO14000, and QS 9000 certified
- Started production in 1988 under license of Steyr, Austria
- All products are 100%, in process; noise tested to QQ6, EMQ noise levels
- Product manufactured on 100% automated lines
- Forgings and heat treatment done in house
- Ball bearings manufactured by ORS are heat stabilized to 300° F, with in-house capability up to 512° F
- All products individually packaged C3 clearance, with Polyrex EM grease
- Other clearances and greases are available upon request
- Manufactures engineered specials, including product with ceramic balls, non-metallic cages, and special greases. Can manufacture up to 300mm OD
- Produces for major bearing manufacturers
