WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY QUOTE?
When a customer calls us for a quote, they receive a quote on price and delivery. We provide the bearing at the price that was agreed upon during the quotation process at the time of shipment, regardless of the time frame involved which could range from three days to 120 days for final delivery. But we do not change the pricing from the original quote to the delivery of the product.
MANUFACTURING LEAD TIME: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
In general, Ritbearing lead times on products can be much better on similar product than major brand offerings. We can fulfill an order in months, not years. Four to five months is considered a long time for our orders while major brands can take up to two years for delivery of some products.
