This great quote sums up our approach to business. While we try our hardest to meet our customers’ expectations by providing great customer service and high-quality bearings, sometimes an order simply needs to be returned.

If you’re an existing Ritbearing customer, or if you’re considering becoming one, here is more information about our warranty and return policy:

WARRANTY

  1. All brands supplied by Ritbearing are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
  2. The warranty is good for one year from the date of shipment.
  3. If a bearing is proven defective, we will replace it or provide a credit to your account.
  4. Ritbearing will inspect the product to determine if the bearing was properly mounted, lubricated, loaded, used, and not subjected to misuse or negligence.
  5. We assume no responsibility for contingent or consequential demand.
  6. There are no other warranties, implied or expressed.

PRODUCT RETURNS

  1. Requests to return product must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product.
  2. To make a return request, contact your Ritbearing representative or call us directly at 1-800-431-1980.
  3. Your representative will provide you with a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA#). The RGA# is valid for two weeks from the date it was provided to you.
  4. When you mail the product to Ritbearing, include your RGA#.
  5. Returns are subject to restocking fees

Also, note that conditional salability of returned product may affect acceptance or terms of return. Cancellations of non-stock or special order items are subject to cancellation, restock, and incurred freight charges.
