Management with 25 yrs experience in the production of thin section products.
Production capability up to 20".
Includes all popular cross sections: 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", and 1".
All cross sections produced in radial, angular contact and four point contact designs.
Standard product produced to ABEC 1 precision class. Also available in ABEC 3 precision class.
Cages include nylon segmented, nylon snap over, brass and phenolic.
Standard production includes 52100, M-50 and 440C stainless steel.
Utilizes grade 10 ASI 52100 steel balls. Product also available in 440C stainless, and silicone nitrite(ceramic).
Available with Buna N seals, stainless steel shields and glass reinforced PTFE seals.
Production is volume sensitive and efficient, resulting in a very competitive market price.
Lead times, on most standard sizes, average 6-8 weeks from order date.
