Factory is ISO 9002, and QS 9000 certified.
Started production in 1988 under license of Steyr Austria.
All products are 100%, in process; noise tested to QQ6, EMQ noise levels.
Product manufactured on 100% automated lines.
Forgings and heat treatment done in house.
All ball bearings manufactured by ORS are heat stabilized to 300° F, with in house capability up to 512° F.
All products individually packaged C3 clearance, and SRI-2 or Polyrex EM grease.
Product range up to 6028, to 6226, and to 6322.
Produce radial ball bearing in series 6000-6400(metric), 1200, 1300, 16000(narrow width), 62000-63000(a full line of European Cartridge bearings) - all products available in ABEC 5/P5 precision class.
Manufactures engineered specials, including product with ceramic balls, non-metallic cages, and special greases. Can manufacture up to 300mm OD.
Produces for major bearing manufacturer.
